Founded by repeat entrepreneurs, Ensis AI streamlines the entire process of creating proposals when responding to RFPs, RFIs and more. We help organizations craft compelling, high-quality bids faster than ever and empower teams to spend less time doing administrative work. This enables sellers to sell more and proposal writers to spend more time on strategic work.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to connect with decision-makers. If you’re a motivated self-starter who loves engaging prospects, identifying opportunities, and building relationships that drive revenue, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential customers who can benefit from Ensis AI’s cutting-edge proposal technology.
  • Engage decision-makers in the GovCon and enterprise space, understanding their challenges in proposal writing and showing how Ensis AI can help them win more business, faster.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team, ensuring that high-value prospects move through the pipeline effectively.
  • Become an expert on Ensis AI’s platform, mastering how it accelerates proposal writing and enhances team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, GovCon, or proposal management is a plus—but not required.
  • Familiarity using sales tools HubSpot (or other CRMs), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Suite a plus.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for AI, technology, and how it’s shaping the future of business.
